HollywoodPoker.com Gets White Label Online Casino License

Hollywoodpoker.com is celebrating being awarded an online gambling license from a White Label listed jurisdiction.

The well known online casino and poker room just satisfied Gibraltar Gaming Authority accreditation and probity requirements to earn a license from the Government of Gibraltar to operate a remote gambling service.

Gibraltar is one of a number of jurisdictions afforded 'White Label' status by the UK's Gambling Commission, including all EC members, and a handful of others around the world. A white label status license allows the holder to enjoy significant advertising freedoms in the UK.

Chief among them, is the ability to legally advertise an online casino, poker room or sports betting operation throughout Britain via mainstream media such as television and print media.

The new license is seen as a big step for HollywoodPoker.com who will now be able to more aggressively mine the UK market for players, and compete on a more equal footing with the likes of Ladbrokes and William Hill.
